• Set-up an appointment to list your home
• Appointment takes 1-3 hours.

Step 2: Prior to our appointment

• Make two copies of your key for lockbox.
• Fill out the Seller's Disclosure. download
• Locate the Title Policy (schedule A and B).
• Locate the bank appraisal.
• Locate the survey.
• If newly purchased, the list of the builder's upgrades you had added.
• Make notes of improvements you have made after you bought the house.
• Also have the all closing docs out for reference information.
• Make a check to ABQ Realty for $529.03 ($495 + tax is paid in advance for the initial work. The remaining $1,300 + tax will be taken out at closing).

Step 3: ABQ Realty will provide you with:

• Lockbox
• Taking and placing several digital pictures on the Internet
