For Buyers that found the home themselves and simply need a Realtor® to handle the transaction. For Buyers that need a Realtor® to help them find a home and handle the transaction.
How it Works:
The DIY Program is for Buyers that have narrow their search to three homes and simply need an professional Realtor to handle the transaction.

Steps:

  1. Search for homes.
  2. Narrow your choices to three homes.
  3. Contact ABQ Realty to tour select homes and write up an offer.
  4. An Agent will walk you through the entire transaction.

Example:
²You’ll receive 2/3 of the Buyer’s Agent 3% commission. For example, if purchased a $200,000 home you would get $4,000.

 How it Works:
The VIP Program is for Buyers that need an agent to help them find their next home. A professional Realtor will help you find your dream home and handle the entire transaction.


Steps:

  1. Contact ABQ Realty
  2. An Agent will help determine your area home search.
  3. An Agent will subscribe your area home search to an instant email updates service so you know when new listings hit the market.
  4. Tour homes as many homes as you need until you find your dream home.
  5. An Agent will walk you through the entire transaction.

Example:
